What makes it matter.
Prevents hollow stems
Boron and calcium together form the network that stiffens cell walls. Without it, stems turn hollow and brittle. Dosed inside the useful physiological window.
Pure nitrate only
Calcium and magnesium supplied exclusively as nitrate. No chloride building up in the substrate with every watering.
Nothing else
No preservatives, no acidifiers: in a mineral matrix no microbe survives — they would serve no purpose.

The boron window
Boron is useful within a narrow range: too little and it doesn't structure; too much and it turns toxic. Physiological window in solution: 0.2 – 0.5 ppm.
At full dose — 1 mL/L — boron reaches 0.30 ppm, right in the heart of the useful window. The only CalMag that gets there: the rest of the market stays at zero.

Do not exceed 1 mL/L. Always dilute in the irrigation water — never mix concentrates directly.
What a grower asks.
Why put boron in a CalMag?
Because calcium can't do its structural job without it. Calcium and boron together form the pectic network of cell walls — a CalMag without boron is structurally incomplete.
Is it compatible with my base and substrate?
Yes. CALMAG completes any routine, whatever the brand of your base — and on every substrate: soil, coco, hydro, rockwool, soilless.
How much should I use?
0.5 mL/L for maintenance, up to 1 mL/L for prevention. The dosage is that of a classic CalMag; what changes is what it delivers at that dosage.
