Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders for Holiplants™ products placed with FERTINOVA SARL, directly or through its authorised distribution channels.

2. Products

Holiplants™ products are mineral fertilisers intended for plant nutrition. The current range is the one presented on the holiplants.com website at the time of ordering.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Current prices are communicated when the quote is drawn up or the order is confirmed. For B2B and wholesale pricing, contact info@holiplants.ch.

4. Ordering

Orders can be placed by email at info@holiplants.ch. Every order is confirmed by a validation email.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are communicated with the order confirmation.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Delivery costs depend on weight and destination. Risk is transferred when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online sales. However, FERTINOVA SARL accepts returns of unopened products within 14 days of receipt, at the buyer's expense.

8. Warranty and liability

The products comply with Swiss fertiliser legislation. FERTINOVA SARL's liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product.

9. Safety data sheets

Safety data sheets (SDS) for each product are available on request at info@holiplants.ch.

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
